Aaron Guo, CEO and President of Stratosphere Properties, is a UBC economics graduate with a commerce minor. Under his leadership, Stratosphere has assembled a dynamic team and delivered projects to the highest standards, ready to tackle any challenges.
Aaron oversees business development, financials, investor relations, and marketing. His strategic leadership has fostered successful partnerships and joint ventures, resulting in a diverse portfolio of projects and award-winning communities.

Jonathan Ok, co-founder and Chief Operations Officer at Stratosphere Properties, oversees hiring, staff management, and project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

With a background in civil service and finance for the Province of British Columbia, he brings a unique skill set and an extensive network of political connections, both of which are invaluable for navigating the complex entitlements process and contributing to the company’s success.

Senior project manager
Nicholas specializes in the management of the design and construction of complex real estate projects from concept and rezoning through to final handover. He brings expertise in both traditional and alternative project delivery methods including Design-Build, Construction Management, and Public Private Partnerships (“P3”).

After a career in investment banking and private equity, Steven transitioned into real estate development. With extensive expertise in high-quality interior design solutions, he also advises on the production of large-scale manufacturing in China, implementing cost-saving methods across all of our company’s projects. Steven holds BA from UBC.
