Aaron Guo is the CEO and President of Stratosphere Properties. A graduate of UBC with a degree in economics and minor in commerce, Under Aaron’s leadership, Stratosphere has built up a dynamic team to ensure all projects are built to the highest standard, and his prepared for any challenges that might arise.
At Stratosphere Properties, Aaron oversees all business development, financial oversight, investor relations, marketing activities. Under Aaron’s strategic leadership and oversight, Stratosphere has developed numerous successful partnerships and joint ventures with industry-leading firms, culminating in a diverse portfolio of projects and award-winning communities.

Jonathan Ok
Chief Operating Officer
Jonathan Ok is a co-founder and the Chief Operations Officer at Stratosphere Properties. As the head of operations, he is responsible for overseeing the hiring and management of the company's staff, executing on the company's vision, and ensuring that projects are built on time and to the highest standards.
Coming from a civil service background, Jonathan worked in finance with the Province of British Columbia, which gave him a unique skill set and a broad network of political connections that are invaluable in navigating the complex entitlements process.

Nicholas Burrows
Project Coordinator
Nicholas specializes in the management of the design and construction of complex real estate projects from concept and rezoning through to final handover. He brings expertise in both traditional and alternative project delivery methods including Design-Build, Construction Management, and Public Private Partnerships (“P3”).

After a career in investment banking and private equity, Steven transitioned into real estate development. With extensive expertise in high-quality interior design solutions, he also advises on the production of large-scale manufacturing in China, implementing cost-saving methods across all of our company’s projects. Steven holds BA from UBC
